What counts as a "design hour"?
A design hour includes any creative or strategic work:
- designing graphics,
- building sales pages,
- updating your website,
- creating lead magnets,
- offer development,
- and more.
Basically, if it’s creative or strategic work for your business, it counts.
What happens if I go over my hours?
No problem! You can either upgrade to the next tier for the following month, or pay an additional hourly rate for overflow work.
We’ll always discuss this before going over so there are no surprises.
Can unused hours roll over?
Nope. Hours reset each month, so it’s use-it-or-lose-it. But if you consistently don’t use all your hours, we can always adjust your package to better fit your needs.
