What if I only need a website (no branding)?
That’s totally fine! If you already have a strong brand identity (logo, colors, fonts, style guide) that you love, you can book just the website design starting at $3,500.
If your brand feels outdated or inconsistent, I highly recommend the full Spark & Soul Experience for the best results.
What if I only need branding (no website)?
You can! Branding-only packages start at $2,500 and include your full identity suite: strategy session, logo suite, fonts, colors, and brand guidelines.
Do I have to pay the full investment upfront?
Nope! Flexible payment plans are available, usually broken down into 2–4 payments but we can create a flexible plan that fits your budget.
You’ll secure your spot with an initial deposit, and the rest is spread throughout your project.
How long does the process take?
Most projects take 6–8 weeks from start to launch. That timeline can shift depending on your feedback speed, add-ons chosen, and whether you already have content ready to go.
What do you need from me to get started?
Before we begin, you’ll complete a brand + website questionnaire and gather any existing assets (photos, previous logos, etc.).
We will also have a Kick-Off Call to ensure we are both on the same page.
Once we start, I handle the design, strategy, and copy so you can relax and focus on your business.
What platform do you design on?
All websites are built on WordPress (with DIVI). It’s powerful, flexible, and easy for you to update without needing tech headaches.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes! You’ll get a training walk-through so you know exactly how to make edits, add content, or update images without relying on me for every little change (unless you want to, of course).
What if I need ongoing support after launch?
That’s where the Creative Growth Lounge or Website Maintenance Plans come in.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
I get it… life and business happen. Here’s what you need to know if you need to change, pause, or cancel your project:

Deposits
Your deposit is non-refundable, but it is transferable with at least 7 days’ written notice. You can apply it to another date or service within 90 days of your original booking. -
Rescheduling
If your project doesn’t begin within 90 days (or you don’t request a new start date at least 7 days before your booked time), your deposit will be forfeited and the project considered canceled. -
Beyond 90 Days
If you want to reschedule after the 90-day window, your deposit may be applied toward a new booking at my discretion and will be subject to my current rates (which may be higher than when you first booked). -
Work in Progress
If you decide to cancel after work has begun, you’ll be responsible for payment for any completed work up to the cancellation date.
